Good experience there. Clean hotel and huge rooms. Plenty of options for breakfast in the lobby. Central location, within easy walking distance of Panama City Mall. And so close to the beach as well as a good area.

Stayed for 3 nights in this wonderful place, thoroughly enjoyed that. the booked room was a nice size with a kitchenette. - the staff was extremely friendly and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. I had a great time staying at this property for 3 nights. the room I reserved was spacious and even had a convenient kitchenette. the staff members were very friendly and offered complimentary wake up service and ironing.

The courtesy of the Front Desk, to find another room, in a different area of the motel so that we could sleep without interruption.
In the bathroom, no seperation of fan and light. Fan is noisy when running. When only wanted the light---at 3 A.M. Repairs done to sheets looked bad. Burn Holes in Blanket----didn't look neat.

I liked everything about it!! My boyfriend and I are college students whom don't have just tons of extra money, and the Red Roof Inn was inexpensive. Our room was awesome too!! & the staff was really friendly and helpful as well.
The only thing that I think could have been better was the Continental Breakfast each morning.
